Sentinare excels at detecting human activities from normal movement to high risk events like falls. It generates actionable heat maps and trend statistics over 90 days.
Sentinare safeguards your environment discreetly, day or night. It recognises falls, even slow ones, without interference from pets or other residents and provides early risk warnings to help prevent emergencies.
Invite secondary users with limited app permissions, seamlessly share responsibilities via simultaneous alerts and use the API to integrate with third-party systems or smart-home platforms.
Every Sentinare account supports up to 500 sensors and includes 90 days of stick figure recordings, alert history and activity statistics. Users benefit from visual heatmaps, the ability to invite secondary users with limited access to specific rooms or individuals and full API integration for connecting Sentinare data to other platforms or systems.
The Home Plan is designed for individuals, families, or small-scale setups using between 1 and 9 Sentinare units. It provides full access to the Sentinare dashboard, allowing you to view sensor data, alerts, and activity history all in one place. One user license is included, and additional licenses can be purchased if needed.
The Enterprise Plan is tailored for organisations managing 10 or more Sentinare units. It offers centralised dashboard access for monitoring multiple sensors across multiple users or locations. Ideal for care providers, assisted living environments or commercial housing, this plan allows for scalable and efficient oversight.

No, you don’t. Care Plans are designed for situations where there’s more than one person monitoring a user. For example, if siblings want to keep an eye on their parents, or you’d like to add an extra emergency contact for Sentinare to reach out to when help is needed, then a Care Plan makes sense. If you’re buying Sentinare for your own home and you’re the only person who needs app access, you can simply use the standard setup so no Care Plan required.
Absolutely. If you have multiple rooms you’d like to monitor, you can place a Sentinare sensor in each. All the sensors will connect to a single user’s app, so you can view activity across your home in one place.
Sentinare uses facial recognition to identify individuals and their name will appear above their stick figure on the display. That way, you’ll always know exactly who you’re seeing, making it easy to provide personalised care.
The Enterprise Plan is designed for organisations managing 10 or more Sentinare units. It offers a centralised dashboard to monitor multiple sensors across various users or locations. This makes it ideal for care providers, assisted living environments and commercial housing. It’s built for scalability, efficiency and giving you a clear overview of every monitored space.
Yes. Sentinare sensors require a stable Wi-Fi connection to send data to your app and update the dashboard in real time. If your internet goes down, the device will store activity locally and upload it once the connection is restored.
The standard single user setup does not require a subscription beyond the initial device purchase. Plans such as Home or Enterprise only come into play if you want multi user access, advanced analytics, or the ability to manage multiple sensors across locations.
Yes. Sentinare uses advanced motion and shape detection technology that doesn’t rely on visible light, meaning it can operate effectively both during the day and at night without additional lighting.
